Owners
Bailey HDD is owned and operated by Cal and DJ Bailey, the second generation of the family to run it.
Cal is involved in daily operations and is in the field with his crews day in and day out — the person who prices your job is the person who runs it. DJ is a Texas Tech alumna with a master’s degree from Kansas State.
Cal and DJ live in Temple with their four fur-babies.

Stacey has worked in the gas industry for over thirteen years.
When he is not running crews for Bailey HDD he spends his time with his wife of eighteen years and his two daughters. Any time left over goes to fishing and hunting.

11+ years in the trade
Ross has over eleven years in natural gas construction and has learned every level of the job on the way up.
He leads by example as one of our crew foremen. Outside work he is with his wife and their four children.
Superintendent, Telecom Division — Central & South Texas
13+ years in the trade
Tim has been with Bailey HDD for thirteen years. He came up on the gas side and now runs crews as superintendent of the telecom division.
Free time goes to fishing and hunting. In his younger days Tim rode bulls on the PBR circuit.

Robert founded Bailey HDD in 2000 as a father-and-son directional boring outfit.
He is retired now and enjoying it with his wife Callie, though you can still catch him in the field and Callie in the office every once in a while, lending a hand to Cal and DJ.
Serving the State of Texas. Crews work the I-35 corridor, West Texas and everywhere between.
