What this website collects, and what happens to it

The short version

This website has two forms. If you fill one in, what you type is emailed to our office and stored so we can answer you. Nothing is sold, shared with advertisers, or used for anything other than replying to you and — for job applicants — considering you for work. There is no advertising network involved and we do not track you across the web.

Requesting a bid

The contact form records exactly these fields, and nothing else:

• Your name, company, email address and phone number
• The type of work, service area, approximate footage and timeline
• Whatever you write in the message box

It is emailed to our office and kept in our records so we have a history of the enquiry. We use it to reply to you and to price the work. That is all.

Applying for a job

The application form records:

• Your name, email address, phone number and the town you are in
• The position you are applying for and your years of experience
• Your CDL class, and whether your operator qualifications are current
• Anything you write in the message box
• Your résumé file, if you attach one

Applications go to our hiring inbox and are used to consider you for work with us. Résumé files are automatically deleted after 180 days. That deletion is enforced by the storage system itself, not by somebody remembering to do it.

Where it is stored

Form submissions and uploaded files are held on Google Cloud servers in the United States, and email is delivered through our own mail server. Only Bailey HDD staff can read submissions — the website itself cannot read anything back once it has been sent, which is deliberate.

Cookies and tracking

There are none. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and includes no advertising or social media trackers. Nothing is loaded from a third party — even the fonts are served from this site rather than fetched from elsewhere. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Children

This site is aimed at people hiring a utility contractor or looking for work. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Having your information deleted

Ask and we will delete it. Call +1 (806) 548-1663 or email website@baileyhdd.com, tell us what you sent and roughly when, and we will remove it from our records. You can also ask us what we hold about you.

Changes

If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. We will not quietly start collecting something that is not listed here.
