Careers
We are always looking for hardworking people
A Texas company, veteran owned and operated, 26 years in the ground. Our owner and managers work alongside our field hands every day.
Why Bailey
What working here is actually like
The owner is on the job
Cal is in the field with his crews day in and day out. So are the managers. Nobody here is directing work they have never done.
Trained properly, every year
Computer-based and performance-based courses annually, with operator qualifications through ENERGY worldnet. You leave here more qualified than you arrived.
Safety is not a poster
An A+ rating in ISNetworld, programs to OSHA and DOT standards, and supervisors who mean it.
Texas work, Texas crews
Work across Texas — the I-35 corridor, West Texas and everywhere between.
