We do background checks on all employees and regular drug screenings. Not just when accidents happen. We have safety programs in place to DOT and OSHA standards.
All employees are enrolled in continuing education courses to keep up with the ever-changing industry standards. All of our field hands and supervisors complete hours of computer based and performance based courses to ensure they are competent and able to prove that they know what they are doing before stepping into our customer’s backyard. Annually trained, not just once when they first are hired.
All of our operator qualifications are through ENERGY worldnet and we utilize ISNetworld for our OSHA, DOT and drug screening records. We maintain a A+ rating in ISN with our hiring clients.
