Bailey HDD was established in 2000 as a father and son directional boring company.
Today, 23 years strong, we are still ran by the same Bailey family. We are veteran owned! We have expanded over the years to better serve our customer’s needs.
With a yard in Central Texas we can reach all of Texas!

Cal and DJ Bailey
Today, Bailey HDD is owned and operated by Cal and DJ Bailey.
Robert is still around, just enjoying the retiree life with his wife Callie. You can still catch him in the field and Callie in the office every once in a while. Lending a hand to their son, Cal and daughter-in-law DJ, who now own and operate Bailey HDD. Cal and DJ reside in Temple, TX with their four fur-babies.
Cal is very much involved with the daily operations and is out in the field with his workers day in and out.
DJ is a Texas Tech Alumni and has her masters degree from Kansas State. We are proud to be a veteran owned and operated company. Semper Fi
Stacey Meeks
Superintendent
Has been in the gas industry for over 13 years.
When not working crews for Bailey HDD. he spends his time with his beautiful bride of 18 years and his two daughters. If he has free time after that Stacey likes to fish and hunt.
Caleb “Ross” Smith
Superintendent
Caleb “Ross” Smith, has over 11 years of experience in natural gas construction, believing in hard work and learning every level of the job. Ross leads by example as one of our crew Foremans. When not working, Ross is spending time with his amazing wife and four beautiful children.
Tim Goode
Superintendent of Telecom Division, Central and South Texas
Tim has been with Bailey HDD for 13 years. He has worked on the gas side of Bailey and now runs crews as Superintendent on the telecom side. When Tim has free time, he loves to fish and do some hunting. In his “younger days” Tim rode bulls in the PBR circuit.
