Bailey HDD
Bailey HDD was established in 2000 as a father and son directional boring company.
Today, 23 years strong, we are still ran by the same Bailey family. We are veteran owned! We have expanded over the years to better serve our customer’s needs.
With yards in Temple and Abilene we can better serve the West Texas and Central Texas areas.
Determination, hard work & drive for excellence continues in our current owners, Cal and DJ Bailey.
Cal and DJ Bailey
Today, Bailey HDD is owned and operated by Cal and DJ Bailey.
Robert is still around, just enjoying the retiree life with his wife Callie. You can still catch him in the field and Callie in the office every once in a while. Lending a hand to their son, Cal and daughter-in-law DJ, who now own and operate Bailey HDD. Cal and DJ reside in Temple, TX with their four fur-babies.
When Cal isn’t jumping between Abilene and Salado that is. Cal is very much involved with the daily operations and is out in the field with his workers day in and out.
When DJ isn’t at Bailey HDD, she is busy working her other full time job as the Athletic Advisor and NJCAA Eligibility Coordinator at Temple College. DJ is a Texas Tech Alumni and has her masters degree from Kansas State. We are proud to be a veteran owned and operated company. Semper Fi
Josh George
Superintendent, West Texas Division
He resides in Abilene with his family. He has been a key part of the Abilene yard for the past 3 years. Before he was with Bailey HDD, Josh worked in a welding shop and a different boring company doing gas work.
He was raised in his family’s restaurant and knows how important it is to maintain a family ran company. When Josh is not working at Bailey HDD, he is outdoors with his family and friends, hunting and fishing.
Heather Brown
Heather Brown is our OQ Account Administrator
Heather has over 8 years of Gas OQ compliance knowledge. When not assisting Bailey HDD, Heather, her husband Matt and two daughters travel the country in their RV.
Stacey Meeks
Superintendent, Central Texas Division
Has been in the gas industry for over 13 years.
When not working crews for Bailey HDD, he spends his time with his beautiful bride of 18 years and his two daughters. If he has free time after that Stacey likes to fish and hunt.
Tim Goode
Superintendent of Telecom Division, Central and South Texas
Tim has been with Bailey HDD for 13 years. He has worked on the gas side of Bailey and now runs crews as Superintendent on the telecom side. When Tim has free time, he loves to fish and do some hunting. In his “younger days” Tim rode bulls in the PBR circuit.
